Terms and Conditions – 12bets: Platform Usage Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 12bets ("Platform," "we," "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using any product or service offered by 12bets — including Sports Betting, online casino, jackpot slots, roulette, crash games, and any others — you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.

Acceptance of these Terms occurs at the moment of registration on the platform. If you disagree with any provision stated herein, you must immediately stop using 12bets. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling, which form an integral part of the relationship between the User and 12bets.

2 Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 12bets and use its services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. 12bets strictly prohibits access to and use of the platform by minors.
• Be a resident of Brazil or of another jurisdiction where the use of 12bets services is legally permitted.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration, including full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code.
• Not being listed on any voluntary betting exclusion list or enrolled in any active self-exclusion program at 12bets.

Each User may hold only one active account on 12bets. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved, including any accumulated balances and bonuses.

12bets reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the User's identity (KYC — Know Your Customer process). Accepted documents include a valid RG, CNH, or passport, along with a recent proof of address. Failure to submit the requested documents within the established timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3 Account Security

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity carried out on their account. 12bets strongly recommends using strong passwords — combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters — and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or that your credentials have been lost or stolen, contact 12bets support immediately by emailing suporte@12bets.world or via the 24/7 live chat available on the platform.

12bets will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as a fraud attempt (phishing) and reported immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

12bets accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL). The available deposit methods are:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with instant credit to your account. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 1 business day after payment. Minimum amount: R$ 30.00.
• Credit and debit card — accepted card brands subject to availability. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• PicPay — instant processing. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• Mercado Pago — instant processing. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, or other Brazilian banks. Processing time: up to 1 hour during banking hours.

All deposits must be made by the User themselves, from a bank account, card, or digital wallet in their own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension and a reversal of funds.

As part of the anti-money laundering (AML) procedures required under Brazilian regulations, 12bets reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before confirming high-value deposits.

5 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, the User must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC). The primary withdrawal method available at 12bets is Pix, with processing taking up to 5 (five) minutes in most cases. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account held in the name of the registered User. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.

• Pix withdrawals: processed in up to 5 minutes, available 24/7.
• TED withdrawals: processed during banking hours, within 1 business day.

In exceptional cases — such as high-value withdrawals, additional identity verification requirements, or suspected irregular activity — processing times may be extended. In such cases, the User will be notified directly by the 12bets support team.

Before making a withdrawal, any bonus-derived balance must meet the rollover requirements set out in each promotion's rules. Real-money balances (from deposits and winnings not tied to a bonus) may be withdrawn at any time, subject to minimum limits and KYC procedures.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

12bets offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit of up to R$ 500.00. Accepting any bonus means you agree to the specific terms of that promotion, which are displayed at the time of the offer.

General rules applicable to all 12bets bonuses:

• Each bonus is intended for a single user, CPF, email address, IP address, and device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.
• Rollover requirements (also referred to as wagering requirements) indicate how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus balance can be converted to real money and withdrawn. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount.
• The deadline to meet the rollover requirement is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonuses not used within this period are automatically cancelled without prior notice.
• Bets on certain markets or games may contribute different percentages toward meeting the rollover requirement, as specified in each promotion's terms and conditions.
• 12bets reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, with prior notice given to eligible users.

7 Sports Betting Rules

12bets offers Sports Betting across more than 50 leagues and competitions, with a strong focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and state championships — as well as e-sports, volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and international competitions.

The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting placed on the platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when the 12bets system issues a confirmation with a ticket number. Bets without a confirmation are not valid, regardless of any technical issue on the User's device.
• Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the ones that apply, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours from the originally scheduled time, all bets on that event will be fully refunded. For combination bets, the cancelled selection is removed and the ticket is recalculated.
• Obvious pricing errors (clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault) are not binding on 12bets. Bets placed on incorrect odds may be voided, with a full refund of the staked amount.
• The cash-out feature is available on selected markets and allows you to settle a bet before the event ends. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the game is unfolding.

8 Online Casino

Casino games available on 12bets — including progressive jackpot slots, roulette, blackjack, live baccarat, crash games, and more — use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by internationally recognized independent laboratories, such as eCOGRA and iTech Labs.

The results of all games are completely random and independent of one another. No betting system, previous game pattern, or betting volume influences the outcome of future rounds. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in that game's information section and reflects the theoretical average return to players over a large number of rounds.

Live casino games are streamed in real time with human dealers. 12bets is not responsible for interruptions caused by connection failures on the User's end. 9 Responsible Gambling

12bets is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gambling. Betting and casino games are a form of entertainment and should be treated as such — never as a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on your deposits.
• Loss limit: set a cap on losses over a defined period.
• Voluntary break: temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account with no possibility of reopening. This action is irreversible.

10 User Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The User agrees to use 12bets in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, Brazilian law, and industry best practices. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating or using multiple accounts to fraudulently claim bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Use of automated software (bots), odds arbitrage tools designed to exploit technical errors, or any method that undermines the integrity of markets.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in live games.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal purpose, including deposits sourced from unlawful activity.
• Sharing login credentials or transferring account access to third parties.
• Any attempt to hack, overload, or otherwise compromise 12bets's technical infrastructure.

If any such conduct is identified, the account will be immediately blocked, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities may be notified. 12bets cooperates fully with money laundering and financial fraud investigations conducted by Brazilian authorities.

11 Privacy & Data Protection (LGPD)

12bets processes Users' personal data in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for:

• Operation of services contracted by the User.
• Identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Compliance with regulatory and legal obligations.
• Account-related and promotional communications, when the User has opted in to receive them.

The User has the right to access, correct, port, anonymize, or delete their personal data at any time by submitting a request to 12bets support. 12 Limitation of Liability

12bets makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform continuously available and free from interruptions. However, 12bets does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Temporary technical failures in third-party servers, networks, or systems.
• Internet connection issues on the User's end.
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, large-scale power outages, or government intervention.
• Misuse of the platform in violation of these Terms.
• Unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the User's own failure to protect their credentials.

12bets' maximum liability to any User, for any cause, shall be limited to the balance available in the User's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Closure

Users may close their 12bets account at any time, free of charge, by contacting support via email suporte@12bets.world or via live chat. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance may be withdrawn provided all KYC procedures and applicable withdrawal rules have been met.

12bets reserves the right to close or suspend any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in 12bets' internal policies.

In cases of account closure due to a violation of these Terms, all bonus balances will be forfeited in full. Real money balances deposited by the User will be handled according to the specific circumstances and the outcome of any internal investigations.

14 Changes to these Terms

12bets may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly in response to changes in Brazilian betting legislation, new industry regulations, or internal adjustments to the platform's products and services.

When significant changes are made, 12bets will notify active Users via their registered email and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of 12bets after new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), and the applicable sports betting regulatory legislation.

Any dispute or controversy arising from the use of 12bets should first be directed to the platform's support team by email at suporte@12bets.world, with the aim of reaching an amicable resolution within 15 (fifteen) business days.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, both parties agree to submit any disputes arising from these Terms to the courts of São Paulo/SP, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Users may also turn to consumer protection channels available in Brazil, including the Procon in their state and the consumidor.gov.br platform, maintained by the Ministry of Justice.
